In order to use the Shreddy health integration, you will need to allow app permissions and your smartwatch/fitness tracker must be worn while working out in order to send data to the respective health app.
When you have installed Shreddy and signed up by entering your profile details, the app will ask you to allow permissions for the health integration; please allow these.
If you have not allowed the Shreddy app permissions or you have done so and the integration isn’t working, please see below for how this can be done post signup:
> Go to settings.
> Select the Shreddy app
> Allow Shreddy to read all data
> Find and select Shreddy in the app list
> Select physical activity
> Select allow
