Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your nutrition products (supplements and accessories) within 14 days. Your 14 days start the day after your order arrives.
To be eligible for a refund, your items need to be:
- unused and unopened
- in their original packaging, with all seals and tags intact
- sent back with the completed returns slip that came in your original parcel
Please note that we're not able to offer swaps or exchanges. If you'd like a different product, you're welcome to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
It's a good idea to check your order as soon as it arrives, and always before use, so you can spot anything that isn't right straight away.
Before sending anything back, please get in touch with our support team so we can help with your return. Unfortunately, we're not able to refund parcels that are sent back without contacting us first.
