Generally, in order to access a complete version of SHREDDY, you will need a strong and stable internet connection.
However, the app does currently offer an offline mode for main workout sessions.
To use this feature, you'll first need to download the sessions you need while you are connected to the internet. To do this, just go online and find the workout you need, open the main session and tap the cloud icon at the top right corner of the app screen.
You can repeat this process for multiple sessions. When you're back offline, your saved sessions will be available to you as soon as you launch Shreddy.
Video demonstrations of the exercises included in your downloaded sessions will be available offline to help you train. The weight-tracking feature will also function normally; any progress you save while offline will be uploaded to the app whenever you reconnect to the internet.
